I have worked out at Science Fit for over 6 years. If you regularly attend, this program gives you the maximum results with the least amount of time invested... truly the perfect fit for busy individuals.
Three years ago I was challenged to a spontaneous planking competition with several other persons, all of whom were younger (by at least 15 years) but basically fit individuals and at least one who worked out several times a week at a fitness center. I outlasted them all.
To me that proved the results one can achieve with only a once per week commitment. And, by having a personal trainer, they can easily adjust the workout to fit what I need and how I am doing at the time.
I do this workout so that I can do the all the physical/sports/yard work/house work etc. things I want to do.
Each trainer provides uninterrupted focus to a client during their scheduled workout time, so don't be put off by having to leave a message if you contact them. They will get back to you.

I have been a client of Science Fit for more than six years, and I'm very satisfied with my experience and the results I've obtained. As advertised, the workouts are intense, low-impact, and efficient. I can get the same results in one weekly, thirty minute training session that used to take three or four workouts a week at the gym. I like that the workouts are private, one-on-one, with total focus on the client. The trainers are very professional and knowledgeable, and the health and safety of the client is always a priority. Highly recommended for increasing strength and maintaining health.

In April of 2019 I will have been going to Science Fit for 2 years. It's one of the best workouts one can get. Highly professional. All workouts are private and scheduled and the entire workout is a total of 25 minutes. I've gone down two pants sizes and feel better than I've felt since my 20's. If you research High Intensity Interval Training you will see just how good it is for your heart. Challenging workout for anybody!
