Owner turns off ac when he leaves or not there
It is constantly over 85 degrees in the gym each and everyday would not recommend this gym

Awesome gym, very nice, anyways clean. Usually not much of a wait for equipment. Love going here. Highly recommend to anyone.

I would NOT recommend this gym to my family or friends. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any business. I originally committed to this gym to train for a half marathon. Since I knew that I would only need to train inside for a couple of months, I made sure that I would not be penalized for canceling my membership at any time. One of their employees (who I have now found out has been fired) made a verbal agreement that upon my time of signing the contract that this would not be an issue. Once I was finished with my membership, I walked in to cancel and was notified that I would be charged with a $100 cancelation fee. Very upset, I asked to speak to the owner to express how his employee told me otherwise. I was told to come in a certain day at 11 to speak with the owner. Finally at 11:30, the owner walked in and was very nice. He expressed that this had been an issue recently and not to worry, that he would take care of canceling my membership and no cancellation fee was required because it was his (ex) employees fault. A month later, I noticed I was continuing to be charged for my membership. Confused, I called the gym and asked for a refund since I had canceled it the month prior. The employee in charge of canceling memberships told me she was not told by the owner to cancel my membership, that he "must have forgot". Since he was on vacation, she told me she would have to talk with him when he got back. I received a phone call today from the employee who said she talked with the owner and he would not refund the month charged, because apparently it was nice enough of them to wave the $100 cancellation fee. The owner's disorganization and forgetfulness somehow caused me to be penalized. I was told I could not speak to the owner because of his "difficult" schedule. I now understand that the quality of his business is NOT a priority, and if presented with the opportunity to make a few extra bucks at the cost of taking advantage of a customer, he is happy to do so. Do NOT become a member here if you want to be treated fair and with respect.

I've been a member for over a year now and really loved working out here because of the equipment and the hours. But now they changed it from 24hrs to 6am-10 mon thru thurs. And weekends they open later and close earlier, which sucks because some if us get out of work late and only have time to work out later in the evening.
Also any random person could just walk in because they wouldn't fix the lock, which lead to a bunch of non members and young teenagers going in and just start messing with all the equipment.
I would really like that they keep it open at least until midnight so us members that work get off late have time to work out. And open earlier on weekends.
Hopefully owners take this in consideration.
Other than that awesome gym.

Really impressed with the staff at this gym. I travel a lot and have tried many gyms but never felt so welcomed. No high pressure sales, just good people there to help you. The gym is smaller but stocked with top of the line equipment. The owner works overtime to help the members reach their goals. We need more gyms like this!

Really great place to work out at they have the equipment you need to get a hot sexy body rather you be a man or women it doesn't matter you can achieve greatness there.

Awesome gym, they have free weights, machines, cycles, treadmills, classes, trainers, showers, but no lockers for personal items. My workouts are so much better with Plexus Edge! #okiepinkdotcom

Great gym! Not overcrowded. Staff is very helpful. No broken or damaged equipment. Definitely one of the best gyms in the city!
