I joined here 3 months ago because it is close to my house, and I wanted somewhere to go on weekends (I train at another gym closer to my work during the week). They announced last month that they are closing after this month, but they did so the DAY AFTER THE DEADLINE to cancel for THIS month, ensuring that they could take everyone's money for the month that they are closing. Super shady.

A little cheaper than places like Golds but I don't like it. The place was too old and cold feeling to me. The tech was old or didn't work. The equipment was also old and noisy. The space was just not meant to be a gym. One thing I did like is they offered a sauna which is apparently hard to find now. For the price you get a good enough place but if you can afford to spend more and want additional luxuries I'd travel somewhere else. I don't see this staying opened when the Life gym comes in.

Red Rock Fitness center is nice. There is nothing to special about it. I was traveling and needed a gym for Squat day. They have nice squat racks.

Awesome staff especially Ryan, he is always around to help of I had any problems or question and occasionally how to workout better. Equipment is always clean and in good condition. Try the Cryo! It's cold and sucks at first but worth it!

Very clean, staff are nice and the gym had all types of exercise equipment to offer. I'm happy I switched.
Great gym for short term visitors. Week pass at $20 is a great value.
Very friendly employees with a family atmosphere. Great equipment at a great price.
Canceling my membership. Price was all that ever kept me there and that's getting ridiculous for a place that requires you to bring your own towl. Staff has gotten rude. Was told today they don't make smoothies on Sunday. When I asked how I got one last Sunday the gentleman rolled his eyes and walked off. Then he followed me to the door seemingly amused at my frustrations.
I've been working out for over 30 years and have been a member of several gyms. There is nothing like having a nice clean gym to workout at that has the friendliest staff I've ever experienced. They are always available for any questions you may have and always keep a clean and orderly area. Best in OKC!!! Ryan and Steven are outstanding!

I've been a member of Red Rock Fitness for over 5 years. You won't find a gym with quality equipment, a sauna, full locker room, trainers, a great staff and most important great friendly members for such a cheap membership fee. If you're looking for all of the above I recommend joining Red Rock Fitness and please don't hesitate to say hello when you see me there.
