Great sense of community at this awesome gym! All of the instructors are great and push you to be your best! The facility is very clean and Haley (the owner) is always there to welcome you and ask how you are doing.

Great place to work out! Not too big, but large enough to have the equipment I need. Go after 7:00 pm and you can practically have the gym to yourself.
Best gym in the OKC Metro! Great class line-up, friendly staff, clean environment, always fresh towels, and great equipment. Can't say enough great things about this place!
