I've been a member for a while and I'm really impressed with this club. The place is clean, the equipment looks like new and is well-maintained. The staff is nice. The monthly price is hard to beat, but there's a yearly fee that's extra... be aware of that. If you're looking for a good basic workout this is an excellent place. If you need a swimming pool or a spa, then that's not available here.

I love coming to this place with the exception of the 30min area, is my favorite but the people BS to much and don't follow the rules, if the staff will make sure to implement the rule it will be a magnificent 5 start but till then is a 3 for me.

Very clean place, nice cardio machines, big and spacious, down side is that one of the shower dont work.. and the holders for the towels move cause they are loose... theres no soap on the shower.. other gym do have them, bt thats a maintenance problem nothing ti do with the friendly staff that works here... over sll its a good place... the parking lot is very big as well in case you drive an 18 wheeler.

My only complaint about this gym would be that it has a very low free weight selection. Dumbbells only go up to 75 pounds. There is no barbells or squat racks. Its very machine heavy, with Smith machines and cables. Lots of cardio. The place is kept clean. Equipment that breaks is usually fixed pretty quickly. If you're a power lifter, you probably should work out elsewhere. For most everybody else, you should be able to get a pretty good workout here.

I enjoy this place every week. No judgements so whatever level you are you never feel like an outsider. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Customer service was excellent and the night gentlemen made sure I was safe getting to my car and made sure I didn't get confused or misunderstand any fitness or tanning equipment.

The most important positive aspect of your service to the community, especially in that location (Oklahoma City, 59th street), is inclusiveness and integration. A gym has two options: promote integration or promote segregation. Doing nothing is passively promoting segregation. By opposing segregation, PF is supporting inclusiveness and integration. We have a membership community with representatives of all ethnicities, all body types and dressing/hair styles. Their private spaces is guaranteed by PF policies and the well trained staff. This way, positive interaction takes place: I am a witness to that. We have some members who are struggling with and fighting obesity. They are welcome as everybody else. They feel comfortable to wear light clothing, and not intimidated into hiding their bodies in hoodies and sweatpants. We have people with disabilities who come on their wheelchairs (some like to be called "adaptive" people), greet everyone, use all the equipment and are not seen as less. The staff is prepared to handle any problem and it is nice to see that you have been attentive to ethnic diversity there, too. Finally, offering a high quality, clean and well staffed training environment at $10/$20 is, in my book, being socially responsible and promoting public health.

It is great idea to start doing exercise for be in shape, your body will feel grateful! Today is the opportunity to take the best shoose for your health. What best to start in Planet Fitness because there are many places that you can attend so you can fine the nearest wherever you want, also there many differents machines to build big muscles.... Inside there is good environment. I recommend you because is the cheapest gym!!!!

Love going here either super early or super late when it's not so crowded. The employees who have been there for a while are very polite and professional. The new hired young girls could use some training on being professional and polite.

I can go to the gym and do a work out without anyone bothering me. If I want to do a new exercise and don't know how, the staff is always happy to help. I wanted some guidance on a regular work out regimen so the local trainer sat down with me and worked out a routine. There are plenty of machines to work out on with very little to no wait. Due to some auto-immune issues I can't use free weights so the extra machines are awesome. The membership fee is very reasonable and I have the fee taken out of my checking account so it's basically no fuss no muss. I go to work, go to the gym and go home to my wife - doesn't get any better than that.

Great gym and staff is friendly but their rules and regulations need to be explained much more thoroughly. I was told that I could cancel my black card membership anytime unlike their basic 10$ membership which was supposedly a contract. But as soon as I need to leave, I'm told that I signed up for a year membership and the only thing I can do is pay 60$ to cancel or freeze the account. (But still having to pay that months fee due to it being one day over the payment processing period)
This was not explained to me by whoever signed me up and I believe that needs to be fixed. So anybody interested, beware of this and know that even signing up for their most expensive and VIP option you are not going to be able to leave without paying up. If you need some time to catch up on bills, FREEZE your account BEFORE the 10th of any month! Oh and don't bother searching for their customer support line, they are useless compared to the actual club employees.
I have not been to another location yet so I cannot say if the black card membership is worth it, but this location has always been clean and there is always enough room and equipment to where you don't feel like you have to work out right next to a stranger.
Great clean facility, friendly staff for the most part, (I remember being judged by a chunky lady working there about a year or two ago for not going to the gym often enough when I canceled last time) but still a good place to work out if you are in the area and are committed for a year.

This Planet location wasn't the best looking on the outside but the machines and locker rooms were actually very nice and clean. The staff was also very helpful

It's Planet Fitness. This one usually isn't as crowded as most. Staff is friendly and the gym is clean.
