I lift weights and workout six days a week. The day after leg day use to be the worst day of the week for me because I would be so sore. Now that I have started freezing, my soreness and recovery time has greatly diminished. On top of that, my energy levels always sky rocket after a session in the cryo sauna. I absolutely love this place and will continue to tell everyone I know about the amazing results I've had! Don't be scared or intimidated. It's only three minutes and the employees are super nice and comforting!
