Ever since I moved here on May 2019 from Orlando, FL. I have been going to Koda Deer Creek Crossfit since day 1 I was here. Honestly, one of the good decisions in my life. I have been trying hard to be like most of them (They are so fit) I love the atmosphere of the classes and coaches are all great. Also, during this Virus season they have let their members check out some equipment in order to keep working out at home. WOW thats the meaning of FAMILY.

Great local gym. Tre is an awesome coach and this is really nice place to workout. Definitely give this place a try if you are considering crossfit.

Great crossfit community! My family and I have attended KDC for the past 4 years. Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. Coaching staff is amazing and always helping others get better. Highly recommend KDC

Nice gym, pretty spacious and clean. A good workout consisting of 3 movements within 90 seconds, however no instruction with what to do if we could not complete all reps in that time. Coaching was sort of lackluster with no feedback on form before or during the workout. Would have appreciated the coach leading us through the movements at a lighter weight and simulating the workout as a warm up.

Koda DC caters to both the beginner and the elite athlete with a tremendously supportive atmosphere.
