Sara's therapeutic style of yoga really brought home to me it's benefits. I truly changed my way of thinking in how I should treat my body with my specific limitations. I have many old injuries, so most forms of yoga (especially with instructors who have little training on alignment) seemed to do more harm than good. Sara helped me to change up my practice and personalize my yoga routine to best suit my specific needs. I've also feel a lot of great mental benefits with Sara's classes that I hadn't experienced before with my yoga. Her studio is a safe, encouraging, accepting, positive space! She treats everyone who comes through the door with empathy and kindness, and always goes above and beyond for her students! (She also has great sense of humor...a great relief if you don't enjoy the stuffy, serious, or intimidating atmospheres of some studios. Such a bonus to the quality of every yoga class she teaches!) I recommend all my friends and family to Yoga Home, and have only had enthusiastic and positive feedback from anyone who attends a class!!
