Extremely clean facility, state of the art equipment. Approachable owners and staff. Smiles throughout the gym create a calming, happy, and healthy environment.

This is such a great gym. They have a great family atmosphere, and all of the equipment is brand new. Everything is always clean, the staff is always so friendly, and the price for a membership is unbeatable. We toured with Kim, and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. We are so happy to have found this place!
