The gym has made several improvements including a cross fit style, power cage,squat, bench press, deadlift, kettelbell, monkey bar station.
Great personnel! Ms. Sherry knows and greets everybody by name!!!!!! She keeps us in fresh towels (when the washer & dryer are working) and she keeps this place running..........all with a beautiful smile and a truely happy, cheerful disposition!!!!!!!!!
The instructors make the classes both fun & challenging!!!!!!
People are friendly, small but a great place to work out.
I really liked working out at the YMCA I never had to wait on a fitness machine and they have 3 locations near my house.
Surprisingly good facility and a staff that is actually working. Wish they had a sauna or steam room though ;)
Always clean. Has towel service. Offers variety of classes and is staff is always friendly and non-judgmental.
Wonderful facility. It is always clean every time I come. I appreciate their staff always being helpful if there is anything I need. Towels are stocked, gym equipment is nice and clean, and the locker rooms are clean.
