What an amazing place. I was impressed by how many classes they have you can even learn Spanish and do tai chi if you want to along with sit down yoga. They also have cooking classes and a place to eat everyday. They have a swimming pool which is outstanding. I could go on and on about all the places and things they have to do. Membership is $30 a month, but if you have silver sneakers or United healthcare it is pretty much free. I don't know what other health plans that covered it. go on Oklahoma's maps health and wellness project number one to see everything that they have. You need to also go into their schedule to see it.

Excellent TaiChi class and fitness equipment; haven't tried the pool yet. Clean. Modern. Massage by appointment. Snack Bar. Handicap accessible and friendly. Trainers available. Art Workshops and special events are also on site.

My nutritionist recommended that I check out this place and I paid for a month online, but never had the time or opportunity to visit. Even so, and without a contractual agreement, my card was automatically billed for two more months, even after calling to make sure the membership was cancelled.

After complaining to the billing department, they refunded only one month, but the person I spoke with was obviously appalled at having been asked to do so.

They later called to wish me a "Happy Birthday" as a member. The center might be great, but their billing practices and the communications between departments is rudimentary at best.

Specifically for people age 55 and over. No firm bodies to make you feel bad about yourself.

A clean and multifaceted fitness facility. Nice staff. Lots of windows. Spacious.
Issue with shower facilities.
Absolutely NO shelving or stools in the showers for toiletries, soap, shampoo. Where are these items meant to go? On the floor? This is quite a hazardous setup for the infirm or frail as their shower items must be placed on the floor. No place to hang towels(which you must provide yourself), or clothing. Puzzling.

This is an incredible facility! It is clean, and so many options regarding learning new skills, and getting more physically fit, as well. The pool is a silky salt water pool, and I look forward to working out in the water. I do wish there were more dressing rooms though. This is a good place to meet new friends, as well as getting more fit and healthy. OKC is fortunate to have it!

I think that overall, this is a good facility. The programs that are offered are really good and geared toward a senior population. This fits me better than what I experienced at the Y. I like the fitness center as it has some good equipment. The pool is really nice, not overcrowded, and is larger than most Y pools. Good gym area too, even though it is undergoing repairs. Good meeting room areas too. That said, the dressing rooms are not designed well(at least the mens). It has a good number of lockers, but the space is too small. Hardly any bench space in that area also. The showers have some issues with draining, and the two knobs don't operate easily. There is only one toilet and two urinals, but usually, that isn't a problem. A water-absorbing mat would be nice in the locker area too, as the brick floor gets wet and slippery. That said, the dressing room is still functional. I like the small delicatessen, game rooms, and TV area. I think the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Maps needs longer hours on Saturday however, and it would be nice to have it open on Sunday afternoon if possible. All things considered, I like being a member, and enjoy the facility!

This facility has just about everything needed to keep your body moving and your brain active. Most of the people are pleasant and willing to help keep you motivated. There are chair yoga classes, dance body sculpting, swimming classes, and a well-equipped gym. A good place to socialize.
