I've been going the since mid November after I had surgery on my elbow. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've made alot of progress since I've started. My Dr. was highly impressed with the progress I had made in the short time I had been going.

So thankful for ALL the staff! My daughter has received excellent care from all the techs and therapists! Scheduling has always been a quick and easy process! My daughter is ringing the bell today thanks to PTC! If you are in need of PT, I highly recommend this office!!

This is the best physical therapy place I have ever been in.
The whole staff treats all the clients like family.
They have such a flexible schedule to work with and easy location to get to.
I definitely recommend this facility to anybody search for a physical therapist.

I have had 2 shoulders rehabbed @ the Newcastle location the entire staff makes every visit enjoyable. Everyone is knowledgeable,professional and treat your needs on a streamlined individual basis. I would highly recommend PTC Newcastle to anyone with therapy needs.

They have been very professional, patient, and exceptional all around. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They aren't just great with physical therapy but also putting a smile on your face and making you feel at home and comfortable.

I really enjoyed getting to know the people at PT Central. Everyone was very nice and concerned about my progress. The Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would encourage anyone needing physical therapy to look at PT Central.

This amazing group of young therapist and techs keep you
inspired and trying, Everyone is friendly and cheerful.
I worked mainly with Kalie and she was great. I also worked
with Courtney and she also was knowledgeable and really wanted
to help. I wish I could just keep them all.

The team at Newcastle has been great to work with from my feet to my neck! They all are very caring, friendly, professional and knowledgeable from the girls at the front desk to the therapist. Thanks for helping me have the best quality of life as possible.

I feel very comfortable here, & have trust in the skills of the therapist's & staff... quite the opposite from a different therapy place I used a few years ago. After only 2 wks of therapy from Emily, I believe I am making great progress in regaining flexibility & usage of my shoulder, arm & hand as I continue to heal from shoulder replacement surgery.

I visited the clinic in tri city for my 3 broken toes. I just have to share how awesome Kaylie is! She was caring and patient with me. I had a lot of anxiety about going, but she quickly put me at ease. The receptionist was very nice too! An overall great experience! I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. I want to be walking again soon!

I really love the PT Central Newcastle and they help me a lot. They are really nice people there and they are very awesome with a big smile and got me smiling and made me happy feeling better too. After years and years of dealing with chronic neck issues and headaches dry needling and physical therapy was recommended to me. It has been a life changer for me. It has worked miracles on my neck and headache issues and has also helped me recover properly from old sports injuries including my ankle and elbow. I will be forever grateful for the amazing staff at PTC Newcastle for giving me the pain relief I desperately needed as well as giving me a long term plan to help strengthen my body and improve my overall health.

This is the best place there is to go to when you need therapy of any kind. The therapist go out of their way to do what ever is needed to get you back to your original self. The techs are the best they treat you like family and are always checking on you to see if you are okay or need anything. The office staff are the best they will do what ever they can to make your appointment times work with your schedule. Without out them I would not be walking as good as I am.
