Great place to work out & train. Always open to members. I like the equipment. Frank is a very nice guy to work with. They have work out routines on the board if you want to follow.

Incredible gym! Frank has created an awesome atmosphere for fitness! Top of the line weights and equipment. 6 racks to lift in never have to wait for on to open up to lift. Frank also offers great classes if you want to workout with a group and push your limits. Frank also offers personal workout plans and is always there to answer any questions and show how to perform any exercises correctly. Frank strives to provide the best gym in the metro area and he has done it! Everyone should go check it out and get a good lift in!

Great gym! Frank has a full 6 station rack so no waiting for others to finish for a free rack. There is plenty of options for equipment, and it gets better all the time. Frank tries hard to add more equipment as often as he can.
There are also classes each morning if you like to workout with others and push your limits. I highly recommend this gym.

This is a five star gym. Frank puts you through your paces but it's worth it at the end of your workout. I feel better and better each time I work out.

Awesome atmosphere and owner, never crowded regardless of what time I'm there and plenty of equipment so I never have to share or wait to do something. Very budget friendly.
