Love this gym! Down to earth people. Great coaches. Effective programming/workouts. Highly recommend!!
Love the environment, the community, and the coaches!!! Everyone is very friendly and is always willing to help out. Everyone from the staff to the other members makes the feel as a whole a wonderful family and encouraging experience! Give it a try no matter what skill level you are and you will walk away feeling better!!!
My wife and I have been coming here almost 4 years and absolutely love it. Regardless of fitness experience you will feel welcome from the moment you walk in the doors. Coaches make the getting started very unintimidating.
I dropped in today from Georgia and it was great. I am still very new to CrossFit and nervous about my first ever drop in only a month and a half after starting CrossFit, but they welcomed me and made me feel right at home. They covered everything at the board and made sure I was executing everything correctly during the workout. The people were so nice and were quick to make sure I had a partner for the workout. This will definitely be my go to box when I visit my sister.
Great place for a drop-in. Very friendly staff and the members were very welcoming. WOD was well put together and challenging. Definitely enjoyed the experience.

This is an outstanding gym, great coaches and very supportive environment. I don't live in OKC and have worked out here several times as a guest. Great experience!
I'm any older man, so to workout with the younger participants was a different experience for me. I was a little nervous. I will have to say it's been great. Everyone has been very encouraging and supportive. The energy with the group is great. I would recommend this boot camp to everyone. From the athlete who trains all the time, to the person who is just trying to get healthy. If you do the boot camp you will learn a lot about yourself with a great group people. Stronger together.
Where do I even start....I need more stars!!! If you want to do Crossfit the right way and learn how to do movements correctly this is the place for you. Don't have a buddy to workout with? We will be your buddy. You will have tons of new friends that will support you. We are all shapes, sizes, and ages. Friendliest gym around. I win with the whole package ;)
Crossfit Complete West is an amazing operation. First they have amazing coaches, second the owners run a tight ship. The gym is always clean/sanitary, and the coaches are early to classes. The coaching staff is knowledgeable, observant, and tailor advice to your specific needs. Great family gym, friendly members, and amazing community. Aside from all that they will get you into shape!

I believe Complete West is the best Crossfit box in the Oklahoma City area. All of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of Crossfit from their excellent programming, to O-lift and gymnastic skills. It does not matter what level you're at they treat everyone as an athlete. I would recommend Complete West for those who want to train as serious competitors or for those who are strictly beginners and just trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

Crossfit Complete West is Awesome ! The coaches are great. Everyone is very friendly. Two years ago we were at another Crossfit gym and not happy. A friend recommended Crossfit Complete West and so we gave it a try. We are so glad we did !! The programming is great. The workouts have a purpose - not just random stuff that someone thought of that day. Plus, each WOD has several options to scale down the workout to fit where you are in your exercise journey (which I always do !). The coaches pay attention to your movements - giving on the spot corrections to make sure you are doing an exercise/lift correctly. We love this place !!!
