So guys, I went for a tour of your facility after we moved into our new home mid decemeber. I knew what i was looking for as we have been at our last hym for about a year. Spoke with a lady for a good 20 mins about my family, our gym and class needs, babysitting, etc. We discussed price structure, I even received fliers. So my husband and I finally get unpacked-ish and head our sore flabby bodies to the gym only to find out EVERYTHING has changed. Price, commitment requirements, classes included, and my husband even has to get his OWN account. What?!?! I had fallen in love with biff's during my tour in decemeber. Why the lady wouldn't say "oh, by the way, all this won't be true in a couple of days" is beyond me. I gotta go somewhere else now. It was a huge bonus they included nurses in their first responder discounts and they have a nice facility which why I have given them 3 stars instead of 1, which is what I rate the customer service.
