I have been a client of Fitness One since it opened up and it was my second favorite gym of all time. The first gym had an indoor track, pool and changing rooms. I left there because they closed too early for my schedule and I went to Fitness One and loved it. It has a homey atmosphere. I never got that gym feeling when I walked in. They maintained this facility well over the years. Their prices were pretty comparable. I hate that the gym was bought out and there has already been some inconsistencies. I will really miss Fitness One

Good gym. Staff is great, facilities are clean, never too crowded.
Only one issue......they have one rowing machine. One. There have been times that multiple people are waiting to get on the one rowing machine. It's fairly frustrating. Crunch Fitness just opened up down the street and it's cheaper, bigger, and has six rowing machines. Fitness One doesn't need six, but maybe two? They have plenty of space (two studios downstairs) but just seem to not want to acquire a second rowing machine.

Love this place. Disclosure, I work at a place that offers memberships here, but if I stopped working there tomorrow, I'd keep my membership. The staff has always been genuinely helpful. Micah is a great manager, Chase is a super nice and knowledgeable guy, Andrew made sure that if I ever had a question to see him (even if I wasn't his client), Tara is supportive and inviting to newbs like me... And there's a dozen other folks just as cool. They have a rock climbing wall, a kids room, a women's area, new machines and equipment, and a shake bar. Place is legit.

I LOVE this gym!! Everything I need or want. The staff is very welcoming and super nice and helpful. With special shout out to my personal trainer Ben Northcutt!!!

Wife's insurance pays for a membership. We visited several and picked Fitness One. Good selection of equipment, but mostly because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great gym, lots of machines, and never so crowded you cannot get your workout in. Staff is super friendly l, and helpful. The sake bar is awesome to great post workout pick me up.

Very bad gym the general manager does not know what she's doing very poor people skills won't help you out at all in any situation if it's not her way it's the highway the staff is really poor if one of them does something wrong the whole team will support then they do not care about their members it's just a place for the employees to hook up its very fratty and the personal trainers Grace and Ben are some of the worst trainers I've ever had to deal with they literally made up problems and said that I had them it's cheap training but you get what you pay for. And don't expect to get any of your money back if anything goes wrong or any kind of discounts or anything they just don't care about you.

Amazing gym for anyone!! If you're a beginner they have tons of classes or trainers to help. If you think you're a "pro" they have everything you need. Agility ladders, cones, trx, Jacob's ladder, 4 stair mills, up to 150 lbs in dumbbells, the list goes on and on!!! Forget over priced Gold's Gym you want THIS "gem"!!

Gym is awesome! They have all the things you could ever hope for that most other gyms don't have. Plenty of foam rollers, bands and room to properly stretch and warm up. My only qualm is the lack of leg machines but nothing you can't work around.

Great gym, love the classes and the times they're offered, works great with my schedule. Everything is very clean, it's never crowded, and the instructors/staff are super nice. Been coming for almost a month and no complaints!

Arguably the best gym in
Norman. Good variety of equipment to appeal to all levels of fitness, and it's 24x7 so you can work out on your schedule. The facility is kept clean, and most people seem to be good about wiping down their stations after use. Pricing is comparable to all but the discount gyms.

The variety of machines is awesome. Numerous classes, and is usually not too busy. Very friendly staff and clean facility.
