It's a bit hidden, and isn't always packed like some others. The rate is competitive, has plenty of equipment, staff, a sauna, hot tub, and full showers. Students can sign up for a discounted rate per semester also! If you're looking for a good gym, and don't want to spend so much to join, this is the place! The hours are designed to allow for flexibility in your workout time, but it does close early Friday thru Sunday!
Club is good...when it's open. Terrible hours, seems like they are trying to emulate the YMCA. Not a good idea, I quit there too. Now I go to a 24 hour place with less equipment.

Good, but not awesome, selection of equipment. Staff is friendly. Not crowded and good day rates. Low meat head count. If looking for a social club, not for you. But if there to exercise, this is the place for you.
