I absolutely love this place! The staff there is amazing. I like a good workout and I was sore for a good three days after my workout in places I didn't think you could be sore. The owner is so personable and set me up with some great trainers that did exactly what I was looking for in a workout.... more

They weren't open so I got up early to read the word Instead. Hours are awful and all over the place. Got a membership for the nursery because we just had a baby and they are only open at random hours during the morning and 4-8 at night which does not make sense.... more
