AWESOME GYM EQP. When I want to lift, I go here. Plus there is a Crossfit box right next door. This place is great. Highly recommend.

lots of machines and benches to share, pleanty of media to keep your attention, and trainer or not there's a lot of people willing to give advice. open 24/7 certain hours provide privacy for when you want to use the machines you're embarrassed to use during the day.

I believe this is the only workout facility in town that has no contracts they have everything you need to workout free weights and machines and treadmills and stuff and Tanning booths very clean I personally know the owner great people

Plenty of equipment for body building. You can always change your routine and your workouts. You have the option to work all parts of your muscle. I like that I can go in at anytime.
