Planet Fitness in Enid is great! I love the low price and black card has so many great benefits. I feel all staff is very friendly and always greet with a hello and welcome. I mostly interact with over night employees and the main one John is so friendly and explains things if you have a question. I would totally recommend them if your a self starter and do not need a trainer to yell at you. Only thing that would make it better is if they would add Arc machines and some ropes.

I love planet fitness! The staff is so nice and helpful. They have a great assortment of exercise machines! The 30 min workout is perfect if your in a rush. And the rewards for after the workout... tanning.. total body fitness and a hydro massage!

I often come in late at night to workout at the Enid Planet Fitness. I love the facility! It is clean and well-maintained. Moreover, I wanted to give special recognition to the young man who is usually working the night shift on weekdays. His name is John. He is very friendly and welcoming. What is really impressive to me, is the guy is always cleaning and keeping himself busy. How lucky your organization is to have such a devoted employee! The persons who work at the desk are an essential component to any business. Thank you.

Very clean and quiet. I do wish some of the TVs could be changed, but it's not a deal breaker. Despite the slogan, I still feel like other members judge me while I work out, but that could just be a personal issue.

The staff is always very nice and welcoming. The building is very clean and picked up. All the equipment is always clean. I've never had to wait to use a machine, because there are plenty to chose from!

I try to go every day, the workers here are friendly and very helpful to me. With so many different kinds of equipment to choose from I can get a good workout

Why is it that everytime I walk into a fitness center, I never see anyone out of shape or wait or limp as a noodle. Everyone here always seem so fit and toned! Of course this is how they got that way, but I would at least like to see some people at an intermediate stage then I wouldn't feel so guilty about being fat.

The staff always greets me when I come in and leave. Its very clean. There are enough machines to find one to use without waiting. Its open 24 hours so I can go anytime. I can lock my things in a locker for no fee. The ambiance is inviting with many tv screen to watch if I want.

Great place. Not intimidating, usually not too crowded. Black membership is worth the extra $$.

I think it very disappointing that you charge the Annual Fee in addition to the membership fees. I also read where you Charged someone the $50 annual fee and also $50 to cancel their membership, when they were NOT Satisfied... I hope the Extra $50 for the cancellation fee made you Happy, Because "They" will TELL EVERYONE they know..... about how screwed they felt......
Also NOT ALLOWING "The Married Couple" to Make wife Primary and Husband 2nd is "Sweating the Small Stuff"..... What about the "No Judgement Zone" in their case????

It's a gym. Barely.. It's more so for people who wanna say they've been at the gym for 2 hours today but realitcally haven't done anything. So, it's a beginners gym. The weights are limited, you can get kicked out for being to muscular, and can't wear certain shirts in fear of intimidating people. If you like all of those things go ahead and go to this gym.

Bought a membership in October for my girlfriend, just noticed double billing - my bank account was used for someone else's membership also. After showing the double draft on my mobile banking and pointing out the overdraft fees they had caused, I was told bank statement printouts were needed to resolve this issue and pf will not cover the overdrafts or the charge from the bank printing out statements back to October.
I have presented the statements and now await resolution including my overdraft fees and statement print fees ($4 ea). . . we will see if/how pf will fix their "mistakes" .
It sure looks like someone behind the counter bought their buddy a membership on my dime but pf says " it was a glitch from a previous account that got 'melded' into this account creating 2 accounts drafting my bank, I sincerely hope I am the only one this has happened to and will remove this comment/up my rating if pf makes this right. If unresolved I will add to this comment.
See ya when it's done, I was told "by the end of next week"
So they have double billed me AGAIN, time to stop payment to pf I guess, can't trust them to cancel the "accident" account as promised.

They keep it clean if something is sorry they get it clean immediately and all the staff are very helpful and nice. Also have excellent equipment.
