Been a member for a 8+ years. Can't get a fan or circulating air to save your life. No longer are the bathrooms cleaned. I only go since its close because I would never want to shower there. Also, they let some loud lady train people, but she is not an employee

DO NOT USE THIS GYM, OR ANY GOLDS GYM FOR THAT MATTER. When i signed up i was told i would be in a contract for only 3 months and that after that it would go month to month from there. I tried to cancel today after a year of paying my bill on time, purchasing sports apparel and drinks and food from their location. When i tried to cancel they informed me that i was in a 2 year contract and told me it would be $400 to cancel. Do not use this gym, LIARS.

I enjoyed this gym a lot more when it was 24 hours. Pretty decent place with all the basics.

There's some huge dudes here! Lots of room for cardio, TRX, squat rack, free weights, swimming, hot tub and sauna.

I have been a member at Golds since it opened. Great location and access if you live in North or East Edmond. All you can ask for in terms of weights, cardio and classes. Needs to improve on cleanliness and I have complained about that before. Staff needs to interact more in terms of walk-through's for the cleaning. If you are a motivated person and do not need a "coach" to push you to work out then this place works. I am a 5:00 a.m. person and have seen the same groups of men and women for years. Never seen any sexual hanky panky for what it is worth. No gym is perfect. Never had a problem with billing but always did things face to face to make sure I was understood in what I wanted to do and what management's idea was. I would not have stayed here if it did not measure up. The price was right for me.

I did a free tryout since my friend has a membership and had an amazing experience. I was welcomed at the front and was told welcome back each day. Had fun working out with my friend. The whole gym was very clean and spacious. Was also greeted on the way out and was asked when we were coming back. Great customer service skills, definently going to be getting a member ship this weekend!

I moved my business to a local gym a year ago. It's way cheaper and they take care of you a lot better. I had one of my worse experiences in life with Golds Gym. They are ruthless

Great gym. Double dumbbell's of each weight up to 125! Best part os their hours.

Well I thought this was going to be a good experience but it didn't work. The sign up process was easy and was told that the kids watch area was going to be a flat rate plus my membership so I signed up in May 2017, but it was not to be, July comes around I get to the gym to workout and the manager confronts me stating that there's a kids watch fee PER KID plus my membership (I have 3 kids and fill time dad so they are always with me). I told them the reason why I signed up with the flat rate for the kids watch plus my membership... And they wouldn't even budge or make an exception so I cancelled. Don't go there because the employees aren't on the same page and will say anything for you to sign up

I've been going to various Golds for many years now. This location is not bad equipment wise. The layout and the amenities are nice. But it's not properly cared for and management does not seem to care. I've gone to the gym every night this week and the same exact used, practically empty water bottle, has been sitting next to a bench at the free weights since Monday. It's a regular ole plastic water bottle so it can definitely be thrown out. I love Gold's, it just needs to be take care of better.
