Tried Yoga Theorem out for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. First class was free and there were no residency requirements to use the offer. I found the "Flow" class with Emily to be a great all-level course. I felt like "Goldilocks" who had found just the right soup. Classroom wasn't too warm, nor cold. Class was not too crowded, nor sparse. Activity level was not too intense, nor lax. Everything was just right. On top of that, the studio is more hygienic than others by using a laundry basket for towels that were used to clean off mats, versus reusing a couple dirty towels over and over again throughout the day to clean the mats. I appreciate the latter so much! No cost for borrowing a facility mat. Finally, a focusing exercise at the end of the class using a bowl/gong was inspiring; it was an exercise to focus on the moment. So glad I made it!
Great staff that really know what they're doing. They create a wonderful atmosphere that makes it easy for beginners to learn and the advanced to grow.
I love this new studio! It is right off a main street in Edmond, and easy to find. Entrance is in the back of the building. The instructor was very nice and helpful. She came around corrected postures, as well as encouraged when I got them right. I enjoyed it so much I signed up for unlimited yoga classes and can't wait to go back!
