My boy loves this place. Good exercise, builds confidence, challenging, some competitiveness, friendly atmosphere, and afordable/good value for our son.
We love this place! My son has been taking classes here and its amazing at all the skills he's learned. Coach Dom is great with the kids and all of the other coaches are wonderful as well. Highly recommend!
Best place for a full body workout! The place gets packed, and it is definitely worth waiting in line for entrance.
Dom, the owner, is great. My kids have a great time, get a good workout, and develop skills. I did the adult class and got a good solid workout and didn't feel intimidated and even did better than I thought I would.
Started going to this place about 2 years ago, and I can't recommend a place more. The owner is great and fun, the coaches are fun to be around and good at what they do. Very accommodating and a ton to do. Won't go to another ninja gym.
We were in town to watch American Ninja Warrior filming when we decided to go looking for a local gym, and we were very lucky to find this place!
First, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the owner - they made us feel like regulars on our first visit.
Second, the sheer volume of obstacles and challenges and lanes and....well, there was just a lot to do. No other way to say it. If you've got kids you need to wear out, or if you're an adult looking for a big kids' playground, this is the place to go in OKC.
I don't know when we'll be back this way, but next time we are, I know we'll be making a stop here.
My 7 year old son just had his Birthday Party here and it was an absolute success. He adores American Ninja Warrior and so the moment we checked this place out he was in love and literally counted down the days for a month and a half. We got the package for 2 hours and my son and all his friends absolutely loved it. So awesome how the owner teaches the kids to use each obstacle correctly and is with them the whole time. Best place to have a party! My son is still reliving it two days later and went to school today in his Ninja Minion shirt. If your kids love Ninja, or are just natural monkeys, this is the best birthday party around!
This place is an amazing place for any active people/family. I am a 41 year old man with two sons (12 and 7) and we all had a blast here at Phamily Fun and Fitness. The place is not that big but the obstacle courses and the workout challenges are way more that you can do in a day (properly at least). It has the easiest level for anyone (and any age) to the highest level for fitness experts, too. The great thing is that many obstacles are similar to the American Ninja Warrior show we watch on TV (NBC). And the most important thing is that the owner, Dominic Pham, is a genuinely kind and passionate owner, and also very able to do any of the obstacle himself, he is one American Ninja Warrior material easily. So we will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone who are active in any level. Hope you all enjoy it as much as we all did!

Phenomenal! The owner is extremely nice and engaging as well as encouraging. The facility is not all that big but obstacles are more than capable of challenging the fittest yet capturing the first timers. My boys love it! And I enjoy it as well.

This is a great place to train or to have a party for your kids. My kids have been taking classes from Dom for over a year and we plan to do it for as long as we can. He does a great job developing and encouraging the kids!! Highly recommended!
