I lived there for a year. It's OK but not what I expected. It looks nice and for the most part it is. The staff is super friendly, maintenance issues were fixed fairly fast. Their main selling point is the pool and security. The pool is impossible to enjoy because the security is a joke. There are so many people that don't live there using the pool. I have literally watched as mini vans full of adults and kids pull up to the front parking lot and go to the pool. For the price you pay to live there you should be able to enjoy the facilities. The gates were always left open and people come and go at will. There have been several times when I was approached while at the dog park by tweekers, as they put it "checking out the joint". Safety is a big issue and the main reason I moved out.

Friendly and safe community for me and my two girls! Staff is very friendly and were a very big help with helping me with my application process. We just moved in but so far i'm very pleased with everything.

Very pleased with my experience at this location. Very quiet. Garages for the loft apartments are spacious and have a storage closet. Walk in closets are HUGE. Bathrooms have plenty of room. Heat and air work very well. Garbage bins are emptied on a regular basis and are within easy walking distance. Work out room is very nice. Looking forward to using the beautiful pool this summer. Love the staff-very friendly. My air filters have been changed by the apartment maintenance crew twice already in seven months. Water is roughly $30.00 or less every month-very consistent. It's all electric so no gas bill. Electric is also reasonable but I won't say how much because I am at home most of the time so it would not compare to someone who does not use it as much. I'm very happy with the upkeep of the grounds. It's a nice place to live.

I have lived here at Scissortail Crossing for 6 months. I have enjoyed my experience tremendously.
Every time I call for Maintenance they are prompt and courteous. No matter how simple the problem they have made me feel like they are here to serve me.
My building is very quiet. The entire complex is quiet. The staff is top quality. Thank you management for such concern for your tenants.

Hailey helped us through out this whole process of applying...me and my husband will be moving here in October. The apartments are almost brand new and beautiful! The staff are incredibly nice and great at explaining things.

Ready for my lease to End . rent is to high here you pay for your pet every month on top of your high rent to have a pet here after a hard day of work you can not go to the pool and relax without millions of kids. pretty much if you are looking for a nice place that is quiet and less kids and easy going like i thought it was going to be this is not the place to live . people are not to friendly here as well . time to move not impressed

just pay your rent on time and respect the property and finish your lease and you will have no problems here staff are nice there helpful its a newer place nice grounds i have no problems here and i have not been bothered just come check it out it is nice .

PLEASE READ TILL THE END. I never lived here, but my girlfriend, whom lived here for less than 6 months, is now being harassed with false fees, after the company itself bought out her lease, allowing her to leave, also offering a 60 day notice to leave, which the property manager, did not honor. They are trying to charge her and her sister, who lived with her at the time, 800 dollars, for and I quote "damages and trash" of which there were none (I would know, I did a walkthrough after helping them move out). Do not go to this place, they are neither kid or pet friendly, they might as well have been a prison, with both their rude attitude against their tenants, and the fact they have forced people to rid themselves of a SERVICE ANIMAL, which the company themselves, said to the owners face, that they don't consider them service animals at all, and that they are pets in their eyes. AVOID this place, at all costs, especially if you like privacy, which this complex doesn't not allow with their web of illegal maintenance people, who tried stealing property on multiple occasions, had I not been there on several occasions, my girlfriend would have lost around 700 dollars worth of electronics, and even more in random collectibles. They have also straight out refused to investigate any claims of sexual harassment, which happen to not only my girlfriend, but her roommate. Maintenance doesn't knock, doesn't warn anyone of their presence, and if the property manager doesn't like you, prepare for harassment by notices, and frequent and unwarranted maintenance visits. Think about this, I never lived in the place, only ever slept over about once or twice a month between work weeks, and that's JUST what's I was there to witness. Don't subject yourself to this horror, find somewhere cheaper, and that allows you to live in peace, not fear. That's it, that's all I've got to say, just dont, save yourself the bull, find somewhere else.

If it was possible to go lower than a one I would. This place is crowded, loud, and poorly built. The floors are all slanted, the windows are NOT insulated, and none of the doors, cabinets, or windows are properly hung/placed.
Management is sneaky, dis-truthful, and will break your lease over and over and then cover it up with fake notices on your door every day. You can't leave your unit without having the cops called for every little tiny reason, and they pick favorites and will constantly attack you for their own enjoyment.
Maintenance is a cast of criminals. Only the head maintenance man is trustworthy. Management will lie to corporate over and over to protect their cheap workers even when they have had sexual assault and sexual harrassment charges pressed against them.
They will enter your home without knocking, with noone home, and without notice. They make a point to try and view female tenants while they are undressed and will dig through and steal your belongings.
They hide this with false notices stating that they are "Checking smoke alarm batteries." This is illegal and a task that the tenant can do themselves.
Management snoops through mailboxes and writes on mail as well, and tries to withhold packages, as well as snooping units unannounced and trying to force you to rewash clean dishes and clean to their standards even when the unit is spotless.
They are PSYCHO.
If you try reporting any of this they hide it by shredding all related documents while their office cameras are illegally paused, and threaten to evict you without cause.
The manager also reeks of days-old cigarettes and can be found outside on the front walkway chain-smoking in front of residents and their pets and children. Every document she touches, and her office smell like an ashtray as well.
This place also discriminates against disabled people and kicks out service animals illegally, and will continually harrass you with complaints just for an excuse to snoop and search your unit for no reason. They will also call animal control/the police just to drive you crazy.
It is a terrifying experience just to leave your unit for five minutes to take the trash out knowing that the police could show up or you could be evicted or robbed at any moment.
They are the worst apartment complex my family has ever experienced.
Don't fall for the fancy appearance of this complex, it is a filthy, trash littered, privacy-less, paranoid NIGHTMARE.

Not impressed one bit. Office staff are always running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They do not follow up or return calls or needs you may have. Way too expensive for what it is.

if your like me and my wife do not want to buy a house here and like living here in Broken Arrow this is it check it out its a nice property . and great people work here the office is real helpful and the rent is well worth for what you are paying for it is all new .

The greatest apartment we have been in, the place is maintained so good! We haven't had any issues any maintenance request were done so quickly. All of the office staff has been so nice and professional to my wife and I we couldn't be happier. It's been great for us so far! I would recommend this place to anyone.
