Great workout for people who want the accountability and group aspect of a class/cross-fit, but in a much more affordable and flexible package.
So the way this works, there are 9 stations which either have punching bags/speed bags, or other equipment like jump-rope and ab wheels. You spend 3 min at each station which is 1 round, with 30 seconds in between each round (adding up to 30 min). These workouts change daily, while the 30 second interval workout changes each round which keeps it fresh and interesting.
The people are nice, the culture is fun and its kept me at the gym for the past 2 years. (only downside is its right next to a rather tasty donuts shop, thankfully it is usually closed by the time I get to the gym).
