Have to fight for machines, very overcrowded all the time. It is very hard to get a workout unless you go early in the morning or late at night. Some of the machines dont work correctly and havent been fixed but overall it gets the job done

I like planet fitness what I love that most that they are opened 24 hours. They cater to your every needs they have trainers & fitness instructors, they have nice functional equipment it's very well maintained ,clean nothing broken or otherwise its in working condition. The pricing is fair as well. So get healthy an get your work out on!

Good location. Spacious. Clean. Good amount of equipment. Friendly staff. Open 24/7. Basically everything you want or expect from a Planet Fitness.

The nicest PF set up in Ohio. I was in the area for travel and I wish we had this nice of PF at my home club. Clean, organized and nice employees. I was very happy with my tanning, massage and work out experience! Thank you!

I like this gym. It's more of a "fitness center" than an actual gym, but I've managed to lose 25 lbs while going there. The equipment is always clean and it doesn't really smell like a gym in there. The staff there are always out vacuuming and dusting the equipment, keeping the place clean. However, The staff are sometimes a little distracted at the front desk but that's my only real complaint. The locker rooms are very clean and they do not smell, and they do their best to keep the rest room area clean as well. I do like this gym and recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap why to stay fit.

Some of the equipment is older and dated. The tanning beds are very dated and they dont seem to care about this location as much as some of the others. It definitely needs a facelift and some new equipment. Also some (not all) of the staff could use a better attitude and also need to pay attention to things especially when tanning. I burn easy and told one of the staff to set the timer for 7 minutes and they set it for the full time. I burned and itched the next few days. I thought I was in too long but when I realized it, it was too late. Still a decent place to workout and they do have pretty much everything you could ask for as far as a gym goes with the amount of options they have.

People are friendly but not necessarily eager to help or speak when you walk past the desk, as if thier to busy to notice or just dont care to speak. Facility is top notch, tanning areas, gym floor, restroom all are clean about 95 percent of the time. Glad I bought the black card membership. Love it!!

I do enjoy planet fitness and you can't beat the price or 24 hour service but the workers leave lots to be desired. Asking the front desk for anything leaves you feeling like a pest

Kept clean and staffed well. I think the lunk alarm is silly but that's a company policy, I just find it distracting when working out. Their price is great for a 24/7 facility as well

Most unethical business practices. I signed up for a 1 year membership. 1 year. That's it. But Unless you sign a b.s. contract canceling your membership after a year they automatically Renew you and keep charging your account with out telling you even if you stopped going there because you thought your membership ran out and you didn't like the gym anyways. This place is dirty and the employees are rude asf on the phone. In person they act nice but are fake asf you can see through their phony smiles. I'M done with planet fitness for good I would recommend you don't sign up here unless you can workout in silence because if you grunt or make noise or breath during your workout they literally sound an alarm with flashing lights and call you out for intimidating the members even though you yourself are a member. Forget this place they won't be in business much longer they are a extremely poor and unethical company.

I just joined a week ago, the staff is very helpful. There isn't much of a wait to use the tanning beds. Just used the hydro bed the other day, it was so refreshing. I'd recommend Planet Fitness over Super fitness every time.

It's not as friendly and as clean as it used to be. They used to be on top of their maintenance, greet you as you entered. Now, if there is someone at the front desk, they rarely acknowledge your presence, and they have you now scan your own tag. I guess the book they're reading or homework they're working on must be more important than a hello.

They don't change their tanning bulbs like they should. I pay that extra 10$ a month to tan and half the time I'm just wasting my lotion and my time cuz I get no color cuz their bulbs are so overused. But I enjoy working out there and the staff there is great

It's a nice place they keep it pretty clean... They have a pool sometimes there's little too much chlorine but I'd rather have more of the chlorine than all the germs... The equipment is kept up-to-date working in great order they also have personal trainers if you choose there is a lot of equipment there so you always have a variety of things to work on

Well kept. 24 hrs. Cheap. Nice staff. You know planet fitness by now. This is one. I have no complaints. Just a bit crowded sometimes, but I probably go at the busiest time.

Still getting the run around 2 months after the tanning system has been updated.. and it hasn't been fixed like they said it would.. Told there's No Corporate office.. yet the Franchise Owner .. Owns more than 10 of these Gyms.. And they have NO Time to address any issues going on there.. ( Tooo busy living off the money they are making off Us?) Yep.. that's the way Business is Ran.. all I WANT.. is for the Lies.. Brush offs.. an Bull to Stop!!!! Step up.. Fix the System.. an Quit giving Patrons the lying Run a round..

Decent place but never clean and not a single headphone jack works on any of the cardio machines. Only reason I like it is because it is 24 hours and they use to have decent stuff on the tv while doing cardio.

If you're a gym rat or serious body builder you should go elsewhere. For me it's great for regular fitness and strength building. Machines have been clean and working. Staff has been helpful and nice. Many hate this place because they frown on grunting, dropping weights, and other bro-like behavior. If you're looking to work out 1-3 days a week for health, fitness, strength, lose a few pounds, or boost your happiness sign up. There is yearly fee of $60 so it works out to 15 a month. For $25 a month I use their gyms all over the country and occasionally tan.

Good machines, clean facility, nice staff, open 24hrs, convenient. Excellent air conditioning, air is crisp. Very important for me since I have COPD. I can exercise in comfort.
