I Love attending the classes here. Just recently went to one of the dance excersise classes and it was an awesome workout. Everyone is very encouraging and positive. I love the energy!

Very nice, instructive, and professional gym. Great work outs here. The staff really get to know you, and everyone is family here.

What a fun and comfortable gym to work on yourself in. The staff are extremely friendly and the classes can be as easy or as challenging as you make them.
If you are looking for a place to work out there is so much variety in ways to exercise. They range from Zumba to getting your butt kicked in boot camp.

If you are looking for a place to change your life...this is it! The muscle and fitness that I have gained in a short time is incredible, but the benefits beyond the workouts are immeasurable. Each workout is unique, keeping it exciting and the trainers care about each person modifying according to individual needs. I am so thankful for the relationships that I have made with other members and if you really need a bright spot in your day spend some time with Rosalyn at the front desk!!! Thanks Phil, Betty, Jenna and all the other trainers at CNC for caring and pushing me to be my best!
CNC is more than a gym, it's a family! Love the positive atmosphere. Personal training and boot camps have changed my life and I can't wait to continue through 2017 and beyond with my training and classes. It's now a lifestyle!!!
