The absolute BEST. Feels like home for the heart, mind, body AND SOUL. DK Jones is a classic #TheGoodStuff beautiful soul who is a fitness guru and so much more. She and Marlin have chosen staff who make sure classes are fun, challenging great workouts with a great vibe. Positive. Encouraging. Up-lifting.

I love Soza small group exercise classes.
I've been taking these classes for over a year now and found several that I really like. I feel much stronger and healthier thanks to their excellent trainers. They have wide variety of morning and evening classes for everyone taste. I would recommend Soza to anyone who is looking for getting more active.

Inspiring instructors that provide a positive environment for your workout. A variety of class options and they are always adapting to the needs and requests of the members. Great value...quality of staff and workout experience is better than any other gym I have been a member

Clean gym + bathrooms, new equipment and I never have to fight over a treadmill or machine, friendly staff - Jimmy is the best!! Free parking.

The best and most friendly fitness facility I've ever been a part of! Great members and the ownership is one of a kind! There are lots class options and is very affordable.
