The gym is a nice clean friendly atmospher. The people are nice and motivating. Cant go wrong having Marty as a trainer, truly a motivator to get you in there to get yourwork out done.... more
Never been here but I'm sure it's good. If you are looking for motivation without being pushy, a supportive atmosphere and work outs to get your butt in shape this is it. Jermail is awesome and keeps it light with the jokes and on par with the work outs.... more
The YMCA is closed and has sent an email telling members it would like to continue to collect their membership dues. I am very sympathetic to their sudden plight --but it was very easy to plan for, it would fall under the same type of plan that might handle membership if it were to catch fire, or have it's facility rendered inoperable through other means.... more
