Instructors are very caring and make you feel welcomed. Small, intimate studio for a great session. I would highly recommend it.

Very intimate small space. Awesome instructors. lots of sound therapy which was awesome. Instructor catered the class to the wants/needs of students. I enjoyed the flexibility. Not a "workout class" but a true mind, body, spirit experience. Enjoy.

Amazing space, loving people, top notch instruction! If you're looking for peace or exercise and flexibility, they teach you about both! You'll leave there feeling so relieved, relaxed, and rejuvenated :)
