This studio is Amazing! I stopped by in the middle of a road trip, in desperate need of a deep stretch, and a shower. I would have to say Inner Bliss delivered and then some. I was apprehensive about the 45 minute lunchtime class but it accomplished everything I needed it to and then some.... more
Been going here for maybe 5 years now. Hard and intense workouts that always push you. Coach K is amazing, very friendly and funny, but will push you past your limits. Love it!. Worked out there a couple times a few years ago they pushed you to limits you didnt know... more

I absolutely LOVE this yoga studio! Every instructor does a great job customizing the class to how you are feeling that day and what you would like to work on. I work downtown and it's very convenient for me to catch a class during lunch or after work while I wait out rush hour traffic.... more
