The hardest thing about starting a yoga practice is getting out of the house and actually going to the studio. There are many morning, evening and weekend classes, so you can always find a time that works for you. The people who attend are, warm, friendly, and from all fitness levels and walks of life. I am always glad I go, and I always feel better when I leave!
First time student here, to be honest I thought it would help limber me up and help with my golf swing, it turned out to help with so much more. Kerrianne and crew are excellent instructors, I would recommend to anyone.
