I really love the calming energy of this studio, I have done a few yoga classes, as well as most recently experienced the In-fared sauna for 30 min, which when I got there the sauna was not warmed up, and they let warm up for 15 min, but it wasn't warmed up enough, I didn't start sweating until I had been in there for 15 min, so, I don't feel that it was really that great of an experience, I would have like to sweat out more. But for the yoga classes are by donation amounts which is nice if you are on a tight budget, its def. worth checking out!
