I have been at CTOWN for almost 6 months now and I can tell you it is the BEST workout experience I have ever had. I had never done crossfit before CTOWN, but they made sure to train me properly and help me at all times. All of trainers are incredible and know how to push you while also keeping you safe! Not only are the workouts great but the community of members is incredible. The motivating and friendly atmosphere makes you come back each day. Great workouts, great staff, great community! Highly recommend

CTOWN East Bank is a fantastic wellness community. No matter where you on your fitness and wellness journey, this is a welcoming, supportive place to advance! When I started I could not even do one pull up or dip. Now I can do many! Love this community. Highly recommend!

Great spot with a great team. I always look forward to going. I knew nothing coming in and their team has been outstanding with helping me grow the year I've been there. Very ego-less, welcoming, collaborative, and outstanding coaching. I've really enjoyed the year I have been there and would recommend this place to anyone whether you are starting at square one or looking to push yourself to the next level. It's not a cake walk, you will peel yourself off the ground but C-TOWN staff is there with you every step of the way.

Sharing my experience: Great facility, knowledgable staff. There was not an extensive introduction on the system itself or what your options are, what the class names mean or what would be most compatible for me. It wasn't really like they make a plan with you. They pretty much just tell you to be accountable. I had to ask my coach on the 3rd session to do the body index analysis they advertise. My coach seemed to have his personal training sessions & classes scheduled back to back so there is no time to ask questions or get feedback, etc. without cutting into your training time (which mine have been cut short everytime I've been there anyways). In the first meeting my credit card information was taken & charged before we talked about much (I will never do that again). Be prepared to go there 3 times a week to get your money's worth out of it. I'd recommend sitting down the first meeting & do a run down of the payment structure before you give them your credit card information. Allow yourself time to workout what you're paying for, what the recurring fees are, how much per session that breaks down to, etc. In general, the community of people seems great, the facility is great, the actual training sessions are great but, I did not feel welcomed or prepared as someone who is athletic but, knows nothing about crossfit or boxes. (Edit: To put this in perspective for anyone. I didn't get very far. I've had my 1 free session where I thought things were going to be explained but they weren't. It ended up being a training session. Then I've had 2 private sessions. I wasted a bunch of my money b/c I didn't take advantage of the classes I paid for b/c it took me awhile to figure all of this out. I also mistakenly allowed myself to sign up for this when I had prior commitments (performing for the Cavs during playoffs & vacation) So, I'd also recommend having your schedule free b/c yes, it says you should have a clear 4 weeks on their website but, past what it says on their website they are not going to ask you in the first session or anything like that. It took me awhile to figure any of it out b/c it is different than what I thought it may be based on what the website says. Simply put; yes, I could have done better investing in this but, it's my personal opinion that it is not exactly what is advertised and people who are not sure what they are walking into may benefit from my experience so they know how to handle it best to get the best out of it and not waste $400 like I did.) 2nd Edit: They were very consciencious & kind towards my review.

If you're new to Crossfit this may not be the place for you. In my experience, there was no introduction on what the class names mean or what would be most compatible for me. They advertise a coach for life but, it's not like they make a plan with you, I don't even think mine read the initial form they have you fill out. They pretty much just tell you to be accountable. I had to ask my coach on the 3rd session to do the body index analysis they advertise. Allow yourself time to workout what you're paying for, what the recurring fees are, how much per session that breaks down to, etc. If you go in there for the first meeting be VERY assertive and stand up for your needs. In general, the community of people seems great, the facility is great, the actual training sessions are great but, I did not feel welcomed or prepared as someone who is athletic but, knows nothing about crossfit. If there was a 6 Star rating I would give it. CTOWN is legit - they focus on the individuals NEEDS and not just throwing you into a class where you get lost. Highly recommend this training facility to anyone that wants longevity NOT a quick fix.

This is NOT a normal GYM! When you've had a tough week and you haven't made it in they call and check on you. When you weight loss is stalling they put in the extra work to help kick start it again. When you have a question on a Sunday morning they are always quick to respond. This gym is AMAZING!!!!!

I can't say enough about my great experience at C-Town. Having Mitch as my coach has made my experience exceptional! I really appreciate his dedication and passionate knowledge of health, fitness and CrossFit. Furthermore, his attentiveness towards his clients is exceptional which is a rare quality!

Mitch consistently strives to improve his craft which truly shows he cares about the service he provides. His constant research, attentive observation, and optimistic engagement of challenges has enable me to achieve greater results than I've experienced from other fitness experts.

I'm unique compared to his other clients, therefore I needed a different approach to achieve my goals. Instead of following textbook derived fitness protocols, Coach Mitch diligently designed a program by researching and consulting with peers and Fitness Health Experts. Consequently, Mitch optimized a program which is perfect for my physical condition, occupation, and lifestyle.

It wasn't easy but because of Coach Mitch I've achieved:

- 13 lbs. weight loss from 205 lbs. in 2.5 months
- 1.8% Body fat reduction
- Increased energy during the day (No more feeling sleepy mid-day)
- Enhanced mobility
- Healthier eating habits & nutrition awareness
- Increased confidence!

Mitch's coaching and focus on achieving clients' goals is phenomenal! His personal investment surrounding my goals assertively empowered me to become stronger and healthier than I've been in years.

I couldn't be happier with my results!

When I first moved to the downtown area two years ago, I joined a local, generic gym elsewhere, only to not use it. I eventually left after a few months and gave CTOWN FitCon (fitness conditioning) classes a try. I immediately liked it, but I still wanted to try other clubs, fitness centers, etc., so I did while continuing a baseline at CTOWN. Even though I enjoyed my time and trials at other gyms, I quickly realized that CTOWN's FitCon classes, community, and pricing were superior across all accounts. I have since made this gym my second home and rock. I am very attached and cannot imagine my life without it! I will never forget how inexperienced, out of shape, and intimidated I was when I first started. All of those things have changed thanks to the instructors, FitCon, and the community at CTOWN. Being that I am not overly competitive or interested in certain activities, I also appreciate the fitness diversity of the gym's members. Lastly, the socializing events, class promotions, and the Facebook group have become increasingly important to me overtime. (I especially love their day-of Holiday workouts followed by potlucks!) All in all, I cannot express enough to my friends, family, and now the internet, about how great this place is. Luckily, my fitness results and happiness speak louder than my words!

This is a fantastic gym. The folks at Ctown were very welcoming when I dropped in a couple times while working in Cleveland for a week. Their WODs are challenging and their coaching staff was very friendly and engaged during the workouts. One of the owners, Larry, was very friendly as well. The equipment and gear is up to date and in great shape. They have everything you need. I will definitely be back.

I have done the strength for endurance program for over nine months now. The programming, coaching, and location of ctown keep me consistently coming back. I have done a lot of group fitness classes and have not stuck with them. The one on one attention and knowledge of Ryan have helped me see results and does not compare to any other fitness class I have tried. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I picked CTOWN mainly based on location, but in hindsight, I realize I picked a great box! Prior to joining CTOWN, I was hesitant to try CrossFit. I thought it would just be intense, unsafe workouts that would get me injured. The awesome coaches at CTOWN are dedicated to making sure everyone stays safe but gets a great workout. Beyond that, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I go 4-6x/week, and it's always something I look forward to doing and never something I dread to do. The workouts are fun, intense, effective and safe. Would (and have) recommend to friends!
