I originally loved this studio. Amazing classes, such great prices. However, I have had some really poor customer service experiences. I went to a class with a new instructor who was extremely nervous. I was told we would get a free four class pass due to the quality of that class. However, when I followed up about getting the classes, no one responded to me. Additionally, I had a discrepancy with my credits (I should have had more than what was showing in my account). I e-mailed the owner about this, got a response that she would look into it, and never heard anything back, despite several attempts to reach back out to her. I'm so sad about this, because I loved the studio, but after I use the credits I have showing in my account (even though there should be more), I don't think I'll be purchasing anymore class passes due to the poor level of customer service.
