great classes and instructors. terrible customer service when trying to cancel a membership. I have been trying to cancel for a month now. I have left texts, calls, emails and voicemails consistently specifically stating what I need done. Doors are locked when I try to show up in person. I have never received a call back from anyone. I now have to file a claim and dispute everything from them until they can actually get into contact with me. Seems like I am being avoided
