Great workout place!!!!!
Very thankful to have stumbled across this place and group of people years ago. It has kept my lifestyle healthy, it challenges my physically, and I have built relationships with the most incredible people.
Fun drop in over the holidays. Dropped in twice and had great coaching and fun workouts. The other athletes were very welcoming also. Nice space.
Great Box, I drop in once or twice a month. Coaches are great, solid programming, very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend to all skill levels
Great gym! Very clean and well laid out. The coach and athlete crew I worked out with at the 3:30 pm WOD where welcoming and a blast to sweat with. Definitely worth the drop in.
It's a great place to go and have a good time with friendly members and an excellent coaching staff, you will be able achieve what you work for.
Thank you Big Muddy for the welcoming experience! I was in town for a conference and dropped in a couple times throughout the week. Both the athletes and coaches were incredibly nice. The coaches are wonderful at what they do, supporting the athletes and providing valuable feedback on movements, etc. You can see in their interactions that they genuinely care about their athletes.
Their community is top notch. I will definitely be stopping by again and recommend others to Big Muddy!

I started coming here because my coworker kept trying to get me to go. Wanting to try something new, I decided to give it a shot. The entire coaching staff is amazing and knowledgeable. All the people who go are welcoming and fun. It truly is a community that not only pushes and supports you to do your best at the gym but also at everything you do outside of it. Joining Big Muddy has without a doubt been one of the best decisions of my life. Give it a shot, stop in, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome gym! I travel a lot for my job & look for Crossfit where ever I go. I was in Bismarck 2 weeks ago & found Big Muddy on line. Super easy to make contact with them. Told them where I take crossfit at & they told me to come on in. I've only been doing CF for 8 months so some of my technique isn't perfect . Chris & one if the other coaches helped me out during class to make sure I has proper form & got a goid workout as well. The people in the class were so kind & inviting when they found out I was an out of stater. Had just a great experience I went back the following day & even bought a shirt I proudly wear at my CF affiliate. Won't be back to Bismarck until February of next year but I will diffently drop in again. Thanks for looming out for me Chris!

At a local supplement store I ran into a trainer, he went out of his way to help me with purchasing the right supplements for what I was looking for to a T. I have never actually been to this place but the trainer was extremely helpful and gave good insight; I would assume that this place hires the right people for the job, his name was Cody I believe?

Being new to Bismarck, I wanted to meet new people and to join a gym that I would grow to love. Big Muddy accomplished both of those things for me very quickly. The workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness and the environment is so positive! Big Muddy challenges me to be better, physically and mentally. I love this place!

So great that when you leave, you're thinking, 'I can't believe I was able to do that!' Give them a serious try and you'll be hooked and wonder why you didn't try it sooner.
