If you have always wanted to do Yoga, but something has kept you back from doing so I would recommend starting here. I am confident that I am learning the poses correctly, listening to my body, and it is changing my life in a positive way. I stepped out of my comfort zone & know now Yoga is for everyBODY for sure.

I'm a yoga therapist from Montana and I was elated to find this treasure in Bismarck! Funky studio space and amazing classes. How did Bismarck get lucky enough to keep such wonderful teachers tucked away here? Mats and props are provided too, so if you are visiting and didn't pack yours it's not a problem (also, no extra fee for their usage). Wish I'd found this studio sooner on my trip!

Amazing yoga studio. I love the teachers -friendly, inspiring and good at explaining poses. I use the monthly unlimited pass and go every day. Great for beginners and beyond. I feel stronger, relaxed and more focused.
