This is the 4th year our 2 daughters are cheering with CEA. We have been at other gyms, but now that we are with CEA, we would never go anywhere else. No gym is perfect, and all parents and kids grumble at times, but what is amazing about CEA Raleigh is that the owners and coaches always strive to get the best from themselves and the athletes.... more

I go to HIIT and circuit training classes all the time, but my Crossfit class with Katherine kicked my butt! She was motivational and gave me personal attention, helping improve my form and ensuring I got the most out of my workout.... more

Super nice staff but extremely dirty and equipment is very worn.. My two granddaughters just started attending their Falls of the Neuse facility and they love it. I am really impressed with Aisha who is very attentive to the children and very upbeat.... more
The last 8 yrs ive been going on &off to indigo hot yoga deck &claudine. Are so knowledgeable they have care for me been. A former elite athlete ive hurt myself there staff are phenomenal very caring something we need in a time of crisis thank you guys.... more

One of the top gyms I have ever step foot in. When people ask if they should move to Raleigh, O2 Seaboard Station is the first perk of the area that I mention. They have some of the top weights I have ever used.... more
Based on our experience, The worst place to have any types of competitions. The facility is very dirty and extremely dusty, the equipment is very old, and the seating areas are falling apart and the presenter is does not present himself in a professional matter in front of the gymnasts.... more

Purchased a pass for 5 massages on 8-4-2019. Redeemed 2 of them. Then when I went to redeem another, the location was moved from the Food Court area. I was told that they would be back up and running with the tables by Christmas.... more

LTF Six Forks has been in decline for sometime now. Not surprised it is closing. HOWEVER, it is near my home. The spin classes especially TimK's and AmyB's are great. I hope Lifetime will look at locations close by in the Six Fork / Wake Forest / Atlantic area for a new site.... more
