Staff and members are welcoming and friendly. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable about getting fit and healthy in safe and fun ways. You don't notice how hard you have been working because you are having so much fun.
Well maintained, organized, great location. Times work for me. I haven't been on a workout routine in years and this facility is the best decision ive made. Staff is super nice, informative and friendly. Chris is always on hand and willing to help and always gracefull. I really enjoy my workouts and everybody there.

This is an excellent facility. It is well maintained all has all the current equipment and products. The staff is attentive to one's needs. They offer lots of video classes and other. The members are very friendly amd helpful. LUV IT!!
