I've been attending classes here for over a month. The studio focuses on Yin and Bikram yoga, but they do offer some other classes (such as Pilates). The owners and other teachers (as well as those attending class) are all friendly and welcoming. I've loved every class I've attended at RYC.
I am new to the Raleigh area - Susan and Laura have welcome me with open arms and hearts! Their studio, Raleigh Yoga Company, is so nice, offering two yoga rooms for Bikram method, Yin and Hot Pilates! Many times and classes to choose from. All their instructors make you feel comfortable. If you're new to yoga, or not, drop in and try it. You'll be glad you came. :)
I can proudly say that I highly recommend Raleigh Yoga Company. As the co-owner and one of the teachers I can emphatically say that our studio has the best instruction along with with a friendly and welcoming environment. The studio was born out of our love for teaching yoga. The teaching staff wakes up very early with enthusiasm and excitement for every class. To us, it's a chance to make a difference in someone's life.

A beautiful new studio in Raleigh. I've taken each of the the different class options offered and have had a great experience in all of them.
The teachers show a genuine interest in seeing that you have a great workout in a friendly, inclusive and inviting atmosphere.

Laura and Susan are awesome! Love the hot Pilates class, definitely a great workout. Laura's yin class is relaxing and gives your body the stretching it deserves. Have yet to take the bikram class but I've heard great things! Can't wait to try it(:
