Ashlee is one of the most knowledge movement professionals I've had the privilege of knowing and working with. She has been critical in keeping me moving well and injury-free for as long as we've worked together. I always leave having learned or noticed something new. Her passion for teaching people how to move better in their own bodies is so clear. She's also tremendously kind and funny as hell to boot. In the Reforming Movement studio you will laugh (probably at yourself). You might sweat. You will most definitely learn something new about yourself/your body/your movement habits you maybe hadn't thought of before. She will teach you, above all to pay attention, to be curious and to play. And frankly, we could all use a little more attention, curiosity and play in our lives
