I have practice yoga of various styles for almost 20 years and have gone to many studios; I had my first hip hop yoga experience at Colors of Yoga with Angie and I am hooked. I love the energy and the people!

Colors of Yoga is awesome. As a very inflexible man, I did not feel out of place at all. The COY family was very welcoming. I didn't just have fun, I realized I really needed this for joint health, stress relief, etc. Afterwards, I felt better physically and mentally. It was an experience to say the least. I would recommend COY to anyone. They have several different classes and great instructors for every level and need. I will be putting down the weights a little more to make time to get back to COY.

Colors of Yoga is EXTRAORDINARY!! I have worked so hard over the years to find a studio that suits me and at COY I didn't just find a "studio" but I found a family, tribe, and home. Their are a variety of classes to choose from throughout the week, as well as community hosted events that just don't focus on yoga but the entire person as a whole. COY is all about supporting other local businesses. All in all COY is full circle and all inclusive regardless of race, size, gender, or skill level. Today is a great day to start your yoga practice with Colors of Yoga!!
