I have been taking yoga from Jan for at least five years and hate to miss a session. I feel stronger, more flexible, and much more relaxed and in touch with who I am after each session. Jan relates personally to each student and intersperses her knowledge of yoga and the human body with many of the poses. Not only is she continually helping each student to develop physically, spiritually, and mentally, but also she continues to explore new ideas and integrate them into her classes.
