This is the worst gym around..half the machine don't work and are duct taped together. They can't keep their accounting straight either.

Archdale family is a great place, nice atmosphere, 10 years going here and BJJ classes available. If you are thinking about joining a gym this is a great place to come. Great Christian family environment and all staff are more than willing to help out and answer any questions you may have... 5+ stars!!!!!

Jeff and his staff are very knowledgeable and approachable... This is a great gym where you will feel at home and they will help you get on the right track for your fitness goals. Exceptional equipment that is maintained and plenty of machines to choose from. Don't get caught up in the hype of other gyms... Archdale Fitness is the real deal.
