I bought my membership online, when I walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful The gym was clean and so was the locker rooms.

I love this Planet Fitness location. The staff is always friendly and helpful and it's a great place to work out. It's cheaper than the community gym that I used to go to and it has so much more to offer. I wish that I had joined much earlier than this summer. Super clean too! 5+stars!!!!

Five stars are not enough. To begin the customer service is some of the best around. It's almost as if no matter whose behind the counter you are treated as if you're wanted here.
The facilities are top of the line also when compared with other PF's. I've visited several around the state and this one has the total package. Whatever your fitness needs, you can make strides towards achievement here.
Lastly of the cleanliness of the facility must be mentioned. Many of patrons are diligent about wiping down the equipment after use but still the staff periodically does it. It's another tick on how this location is a step above the rest.

Great equipment and lovely staff. They take care of and have pride in the overall appearance of the facility. Staff members are always going around cleaing and replenishing supplies.
I highly recommend this business.

I love this planet fitness. It's quiet and peaceful. You can get your workouts on with no one bothering you. Everyone is supportive of you rather if it's the staff or the people working out. You will have the support you need to reach your goals.

I love this location. The only problem I have is that it is not open 24 hours 7 days a week. My work schedule requires me to work 1ST, 2ND and 3RD shifts; so there are times when I can not work out on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. There are people other than me who are dealing with this issue as well.

I think Planet Fitness has had a bad reputation due to criticism from bigger name competitors of the past. I was impressed by the service options at the larger Planet Fitness locations at South Main High Point and the new Lexington location. The machines are comparable to the machines at Gold's gyms, and the locker rooms are just as clean and well tended. I appreciate the better option of recovery and hydration drinks at more reasonable prices. All of this at an affordable rate that does not require a contract makes this gym the obvious best value.

Why promote a 24 hour gym if your not open 24 hours. I wasted my gas going after work across town only to learn its not 24 hours! Upset I wasted my gas, plus I don't like the other planet fitness because it isn't as nice. Would have given 2.5 if I could, since I do like the equipment at this gym better. But the hours really suck.

Horrible customer support. We quit going and attempted to cancel our service while out of town to avoid the the yearly charge but was informed we had to be there to cancel. So when we returned we attempted to cancel and get our refund because it charged us while we were out of town. They refused to give us a refund because of some made up BS stipulation. I guess PF needed the extra money to have one of their dumb pizza parties.

Well I have never been to a gym in my life. I will say what drew me here was of course the tanning beds and the awesome monthly price. Now I totally love working out! And of course the hydrobeds like omgawh! The staff is very very awesome! The facility is very clean. The only thing I wish they had were lockers so I could keep my stuff overnight. Heck I would even pay extra for that!

I love this gym, but today I go to lay in tanning bed for 15. There is a 3 minute delay, then timer starts well I get in at 53 seconds, laying there the top opens up, I pull it down, couple seconds it does it again, it done it 5 times before I stopped it, put clothes back on. I went and told the man up front and he was like ok, I'll put a work order in. I ask for another bed and he told me no bc the timer was still going for me on that bed. Like I was in it for 2 minutes. Just doesn't make since why he couldn't start another bed for 10 minutes for me. So wasted my gas to drive up here to lay in the tanning bed.

Well thought I would wait to post. About my experience at this newly planet fitness facility. Since I've been going there it's been a great place to workout and relax after all the stress life brings to us. The one thing that stands out is the staff. Every time I enter rather day or night. The warm hellos and goodbyes are great. I also think the clean up crew at night keeps the fitness area looking so clean. So nice to workout in such a calm environment without having to wait on equipment use. I really enjoy being a member there.

Your staff member Shane needs to be trained on how to speak to members in a customer service friendly way. One hour before you closed on a Friday I go in to take a shower and staff member Shane rudely tells me I was going to clean them. He didn't even start till he seen me walking in to take a shower. All other planet fitness announce or have it posted that shower will be cleaned half hour before closing so plan accordingly. Not one hour before closing.

So glad to have Planet Fitness on this end of town. It's just what we needed. If you have the chance please go visit. The staff is very informative and willing to go above and beyond to help you out. I don't like the evening time due to how crowed it is. The men's restroom is very clean. I highly recommend

Very Clean, Nice Friendly Staff, A Lot of Equipment to choose from so that you aren't stuck doing the same thing every day unless you want to! Very Upbeat Atmosphere. Love the Hydro massage chairs, Tanning beds are nice too and the Hours are Great for someone that works late in the office every night. If you Haven't checked this location out I encourage you to!
