Torrey is an awesome trainer who knows how to push you to your limits but make the workouts very satisfying. He has helped me with my diet and in 4 weeks I have lost 16 pounds. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and how it works. Overall, my experience has been great!
Goals! Torrey helps you meet your goals. My son is a Goal Keeper and Torrey has helped him improve his agility and strength.Wide variety of equipment & exercises. And in this case, keep the cage clean, no goals!

T. Lowe has the best demeanor ever. He is a great trainer who is capable of challenging the most experienced as well as beginners and kids. He was able to provide a thorough workout even with my many old injuries all while challenging me to do things I didn't think I was capable of doing anymore.

Worked out with Torrey 3-4 nights per week while living in the area and couldn't recommend him more - unbelievable trainer who knows how to drive results but just as important is a high quality person to spend your time with!

My son has done sport specific performance training (football)...his speed/agility and core strength has greatly improved, specifically, he was only catching about 50% of the footballs thrown his way before training with Torrey and now he is catching 95+%. Also, I have participated in group fitness classes and they are challenging and designed for all levels. Highly recommend!

Torrey is great! The workout was challenging and fast paced and the price is very reasonable. Defiantly recommend this gym to others
