I volunteer there and everyone is so welcoming and amazing to talk too! We are all one big happy family!
Staff is nice. Some more dusting and mopping wouldn't hurt. It's a hit or miss with program instructors.
Just an all around great place with loving people who want to see you meet your goals.
The attitude of this Y is beyond pathetic and not in keeping with the morals and character that the YMCA supposedly stands for.
I will be canceling my membership and will do all that I can to make sure the public knows how bad it is. It comes from the top down I suppose. Thanks Robbie

Programs lack organization. Posted schedules not followed. Regular members take backseat to temporary programs. Looking for another facility for regular exercise where there is a calendar that is accurate, even on the website. Not at all satisfied.

Nothing good and very expensive,the library all the time closed even the staff they don't know when it's open ,the kids room under 6 years closed and if it's open you can't use it,it should be open for the kids all the time ,the parents can workout ,after 2 days I cancelled my membership,

They need to clean their basketball courts and improve them

Its been about a year since I originally posted my review and in that time I went back and joined this YMCA. So far its been great and I really like it, glad I went back.
I dunno if the staff changed or what but I haven't seen that grumpy frontdesk lady from before since I joined. All the staff I have interacted with have been very helpful and nice.

I went in to see about becoming a member but after meeting the front desk lady I changed my mind. She wasn't friendly, she was very short with me and acted as though I was a bother just saying hello to her. She was quick to go about doing something else while my mother and I were still trying to get info about the facility.
The facility itself was nice, clean, and well kept but their rude front desk woman (middle aged looking woman with short white blonde hair) was a total turn off.

I went in to see about becoming a member but after meeting the front desk lady I changed my mind. I've been a member since 1998 and until recently, quite happy. Over the years there have been many remarkable additions and improvements to the facility. Lately I have noticed quite a bit of staff turnover. Membership includes two towels but there are rarely any available, and I would rather forego that amenity for a lesser monthly membership fee. Also, there is only Wifi in the adult fitness center, not throughout the facility, which is pretty behind the times for 2016. It is a great place for youth focused families but those of us who are just married couples with no kids are really expected to pay too much in the context of what we receive.
