Great experience with Jon and Mike. Big shout out to Owen who helped me get back in shape and be able to play golf again pain free. His knowledge of what was causing my pain and strengthening that areas that were needed to rid the pain. Great listener and motivator. Lost 28 lbs over last 7 months.

Congrats on 16 years of running the most professional and approachable personal training company in the Triad! You walk in and immediately this gym smells good, the hand towels are rolled just so, and they use high quality products in the bathrooms. It is immaculately maintained, and they make sure that everyone that works here is at the top of their field. There is a reason that most of the clients here have been coming back for all 16 years! If you are looking to get fit, they will personalize it for you specifically and they will truly care about your results.
