Used to be great. Just not anymore. Someone bought it and changed everything. Won't be spending ANY of my money here. Will be going elsewhere!!!

Yay! I heard place is closing. Shouldn't have changed your VIP program to screw your customers over. Ha! It's what u get for being rip off artists! It's a shame because the place COULD be really great and used to be.
Catie Jo is awesome. The only thing I wish is that the experience outside of the esthetics room was just as nice and quite. Had a customer waiting for services yelling in her phone and cussing while I was eating lunch. Otherwise is was very nice. I was there 5 hrs.

This is not a rating based off one visit or one stylist, this has been many. I have never in my life (with the exception of having to fix my own mess ups) had to have my hair "fixed" and I have had a fix with every stylist I've had there. Not every single visit, but every stylist. I just left the salon after being there for 5 hours and I have yellow fried hair thats not even fully cut. Now when I say fried I mean she let me develop FAR to long and my hair was litterally like melting they gave me a complimentary strengthening treatment but my hair still looks/feels HORRIBLE. Then she started the cut... quickly realized she doesn't in fact feel confident in Angled Bobs because she couldn't even stack the back and decided it was best if I wait for a "master stylist" to fix it... SO here I am with totally damaged jacked up unfinished hair and the manager actually charges me for the color! AWESOME! So I just paid for someone to completely annihilate my head, thats fantastic. I highly highly recommend asking for a master stylist if you do go here, they both have fixed my hair and done a good job.
Also, I saw on here someone made a comment about false advertising about the microblading. The same thing happened to me, the only reason I gave this girl a try was the fact they said she was the one that did the awesome platinum baylage they were sending pictures of in emails...not so. She had never seen the picture and had no clue of it. She also had only practiced hair for 2 years, I wouldn't have gone to her had I known this.
On a side note the Spa is nice and the massage therapist I've had were INCREDIBLE! So I would recommend it for massages!

I highly highly recommend finding a different salon.

Gym is great, but dont like that they require a 3 year contract. Never used the spa side.
Best spa in Fayetteville. Make sure you enjoy a free smoothie while you wait for your service in the wonderful little oasis they created.
I had a pretty solid massage here. I deducted two stars because my massage started late and I felt that the childcare area could have been cleaner.
I love the steam room the best. I really enjoy being able to work out in the lady gym without feeling uncomfortable or judged.

I've gone to the Purdue location multiple times now and quality of service truly depends upon what day of the week you go. I don't recommend Fridays or Saturdays. If you are looking for a relaxing spa experience you will NOT find it on those days. The spa lounge is too small and too busy. With the blender whirring constantly in the kitchen which is immediately next to the "relaxation" area you will NOT be able to relax. Even with the no cell phone policy, people still bring their phones and chat it up loudly like it was a salon.
Had to put my head down and put my fingers in my ears at one point because it was so ridiculously noisy.
Staff is polite and apologizes for everything, but there is no effort made to resolve anything.
Took 4 requests just to get hot water for a cup of tea, and then had to wait another 10 for a clean cup, by that time it was time for my body treatment. I was in tears by this point.
The cleanliness, attention to detail and customer service is horribly lacking.
An unannounced state board visit would be a great wake up call for the Purdue location.
The body treatment shower was so dirty that it ruined the treatment for me. The bathrooms are always dirty. The rugs and chairs are so old and dingy look like they've rarely if ever been cleaned. The spa robes are torn and tattered.
The salon is a issue of product quality. After a recent all over color, my virgin hair has become dry, brittle, frizzy and severely damaged to the point it falls out everywhere.
Will be filing a complaint with the North Carolina Board of Cosmetic Examiners for sanitation issues, hopefully that will encourage an inspection.
The staff and trainers are A-1. The facility in a whole is A-1. Each and every person I met since I joined has treated me with the utmost respect. I highly recommend to anyone.
A spa and more. From a day to a lifetime membership. Wow. We do love this place.
Most relaxing day of my vacation!
1st time ever very relaxing. I will be going back in the future. Very clean and great customer service.
The Spa is exceptional. I gave it 4 stars vs 5 only because of a little scheduling ordeal I received however I highly recommend the Spa!
Hands down the best gym experience. I love the unlimited classes and the fact each locker room has it's own hot tub, steam room, and sauna. Cannot forget about the pool and the included childcare. Well worth it.
This place is mostly good. It does have its downsides, but that is with any gym. Positive sides are convenient location, lots of equipment, women's only workout area (if you are a woman who doesn't like to work out around men), steam room, sauna, in-door heated pool, etc. I recommend this place, but I don't recommend the pay by month contract. You pay almost double that way.
My first time going here. I was in love. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Mary Beth cut and colored my hair and did an AMAZING job. I WILL be back again!!! So lush and peaceful.
If I could give these guys "0" stars I would. DO NOT SIGN their contract, it's overpriced and hard to get out of. Everything is done digitally included a trainer too. Come to find out after I read my contract I couldn't get out of it unless I have orders since I'm military that I'm leaving the area or live 25 miles out. The trainer too was for 12 months, I specifically said I only needed for 3 months. They knew but processed everything and not letting me know that important detail. The whole time the contract was on their computer screen while they brief me and told me to sign digitally. After I started questioning about the contract since I was going TDY they didn't respond to my email I had to call the corporate office to get answers. Had to pay $447.00 to get out of the contract for the trainer. I wouldn't go with a contract again and not trust them until I have the full details and a hard copy of the contract in front of me before signing.
